What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the AI/ML space. In this full-cycle role, you’ll manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to nurturing opportunities and closing deals. You’ll leverage multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social, etc.), collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, and maintain accurate pipeline management in our CRM.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • bulletOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities.
  • bulletBuild and manage a personal sales territory from the ground up.
  • bulletDrive multi-channel outreach through email, phone, social media, and other platforms.
  • bulletMaintain rigorous CRM discipline for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • bulletCollaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs in AI/ML.
  • bulletConsistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • bulletEmbrace a prospecting-first culture and continuously refine outreach strategies.
  • bulletDemonstrate a proactive, self-driven approach in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

 

Who You Are:

Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • bulletBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • bullet2+ years of B2B sales experience (tech/AI preferred)
  • bulletStrong communication and relationship-building skills
  • bulletProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • bulletCRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
  • bulletProficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.

    Excellent English communication skills.

Good to have: 

  • bulletExperience in a startup or fast-growing B2B tech company.
  • bulletFamiliarity with data annotation services.
  • bulletResilient, self-driven, and passionate about prospecting. Bonus points if you’ve read Fanatical Prospecting by Jeb Blount.
