What We’re Looking For:
The Global Recruitment Lead acts as the architect of Quantigo AI’s international talent engine, responsible for designing and scaling workforce pipelines across AI/ML data programs. This role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing global hiring operations for annotators, linguists, QA leads, track leads, and domain specialists across multiple geographies.
This is not a traditional HR position. It is a strategic talent acquisition leadership role centered on scaling distributed AI workforces with speed, quality, and operational discipline.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to scale talent pipelines across regions including the US, Europe, LATAM, MENA, and APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global hiring strategies for AI/ML data programs including annotation, multilingual projects, LLM evaluation, LIDAR/Physical AI expertise and specialized domain tasks (Legal, Medical, Maths, Science, Etc)
Build and manage multi-country recruitment pipelines across US, Europe, LATAM, MENA, and APAC.
Establish and scale vendor, freelancer, and distributed workforce ecosystems to support dynamic project requirements.
Lead high-volume, fast-turnaround recruitment for AI data programs while maintaining strict quality benchmarks.
Design and implement structured screening frameworks, certification processes, and talent benchmarking systems.
Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to forecast workforce capacity aligned with client demand.
Optimize recruitment processes, automation tools, and ATS systems to improve speed and efficiency.
Track and report hiring KPIs including time-to-fill, time-to-certify, bench readiness, and pipeline health.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regional, and data security requirements for distributed workforces.
Continuously refine sourcing strategies to strengthen global talent coverage and scalability.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in global talent acquisition, preferably within AI/ML, data services, SaaS, BPO, or tech-enabled platforms.
Proven experience scaling 50–500+ distributed resources across international programs.
Strong understanding of multilingual and contractor-based workforce models.
Experience recruiting for AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, CV/LiDAR, or domain-expert roles is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data-driven recruitment approach.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ownership and accountability.
Experience working with global freelance marketplaces and distributed expert networks is a plus.
